      This is a legendary gig venue which has hosted everything from international calibre artists to local festivals. Whilst this venue retains the feel of a Working Mens' Club, the no frills look belies a community centred, family friendly local pub, with a lively atmosphere. The Brudenell hosts two live music rooms, with live music on most days, a large lounge showing televised sports and a wood panelled snooker and pool room with multiple tables. The venue sources only local ales on handpump plus a good range of other drinks is also available. The menu comprises Pieminister pies with all the trimmings and is frequently supplemented with food trucks which take up residence in the car park and beer terrace to the front of the venue. An annual beer festival is held in January.

      Small, modern bar featuring Indian street food. Just inside the entrance is a small area with old doors on the walls, beyond is the main bar area with bench seats. To the left hand side is an outdoor drinking area which has been mostly roofed over. At the end of the main area is a small bar with two cask beers and a varied range of keg, canned and bottles beers from both Yorkshire and the rest of the world.

      Established in 1832 The Grove was re-modelled in 1928-29 by its then owners John Smith's of Tadcaster. A traditional four room corridor pub which retains features of historic interest. A tiled entranceway leads to two small rooms on the right and a traditional tap room with dartboard on the left. The larger rear Concert Room is an interwar addition and retains some original perimeter seating, door charge may apply to this room for some evenings. Music is a strong feature throughout the pub and some form of performance can be heard most nights, its folk club started in the early 1960s and is still going strong. Darts, dominoes and chess set are available. Can get very busy before and after Leeds United home games. May close early if quiet, which may not be on the expected days.

      Opened April 2016. One large wood-floored room downstairs with a bar down one side. Seven cask ales and one cider on handpump along with an extensive range of keg, bottles and cans from around the world. Wooden tables with both bench seats and comfy chairs. On the walls is an array of brewery signs. Upstairs is a restaurant area with its own bar. Food is from the Longhorns Barbecue Smokehouse. To one side of the building is a small outdoor drinking area.

      Small independent bar which opened 3rd November 2022 after a refurbishment of the premises as a joint venture between the sadly closed Curious Hop off licence and Major Tom's Social in Harrogate. The main single room is wooden-floored with a low partition down the middle and the bar to one end. Beer signs, a unique bottle collection and mirrors adorn the walls. On the bar are three handpumps serving mainly northern beers and behind it on the white tiled back wall are ten keg fonts. Some of the ten keg beers are gluten free and vegan friendly and usually include a sour, a DIPA and a strong stout. Off-sales are available along with growler fills. There is an additional seating area upstairs with a wide selection of board games and which can be booked for meetings. The food offering consists of sausage rolls, pickles, welsh rarebit, toasties and charcuterie. Pizzas can be ordered from the independent restaurant/takeaway opposite though it has limited opening hours.

      Genuine free house which was cleverly converted from a former cafe in such a way that you would think it has been a pub for many years. There are two low-ceilinged rooms downstairs with stone-flagged floors and a further room upstairs. The guest ales are mostly from local breweries. At least one dark beer is regularly available, usually a mild as well as a stout or porter. Two still ciders are available. One is traditional from cider makers such as Grumpy John's or Orchards of Husthwaite, whilst the other is fruit flavoured and may not always be real cider (according to CAMRA's definition). There is also a good range of foreign beers. Regular beer festivals are held. There is a small outdoor drinking area. No admittance to under-eighteens.
